Website privacy statement

This statement explains how this website handles information. The privacy information and consent used for counseling are provided separately in your first-visit paperwork.

Browsing this website

You can browse this site without creating an account. This website does not offer a clinical intake form, a file-upload service, or a client record system. Downloading a blank form does not submit any information to the practice.

The website’s hosting and delivery providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to this site.

Contacting the practice

If you call or email, the practice receives the information you choose to provide and uses it to respond to your inquiry and coordinate care. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for clinical paperwork. Please do not email completed forms, diagnoses, treatment histories, or other sensitive information. Call (360) 524-1870 to arrange a private way to share it.

Downloads and completed paperwork

Blank forms are available on the client resources page. A completed copy saved to your device stays under your control until you share it. Use a device you trust, keep your completed copies private, and arrange their return with Kenna before treatment begins.

Payments and external links

Available payment buttons open Stripe-hosted checkout in a new tab. Card and billing information is collected directly by Stripe. This website does not receive or store card details or request treatment information for payment. Stripe, mapping services, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when using them.

Counseling records and privacy rights

This website statement is separate from the practice’s clinical privacy disclosures and consent to treatment. Ask Kenna for the applicable privacy notices, information about access to your records, and the practice’s record-retention policy. See client resources for the current paperwork.
